Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey got pretty upset at each other at an American Idol audition in Charlotte, Tuesday.  They two popstars are screaming obscenities at each other in a video obtained by TMZ.

Minaj and Carey, along with country singer Keith Urban, are new judges this year on American Idol.  But, they look like cagey veterans in this video drumming up controversy for the reality TV show.  See the video below.
