How You Can Help the Humane Society of Charlotte:

Thank you so much for your calls and emails in regards the puppy mill rescue and our (Humane Society of Charlotte's) involvement. We truly could not run our shelter without your continued support, and we wanted to share our need item list for the 40 puppies and dogs we have received here.  These wonderful canines will be going straight into foster care and are not available for adoption at this time; dates of adoption availability are also unavailable at this time.  Our goal is to insure they receive the medical, social and loving care they very much deserve.

Our (Humane Society of Charlotte's) immediate needs are for:

· Monetary Donations
· PURINA ONE Canned Dog Food (for weaning puppies)
· SCIENCE DIET Puppy Food (for nursing mothers)
· Puppy Pads
· Ziploc Freezer Bags Gallon Size (for storing food)

All items can be delivered to our shelter located at 2700 Toomey Avenue.  Donations can also be made on line at www.humanesocietyofcharlotte.org.
